The Annual Curtis Blackwell Memorial Award was established in 1984 to recognize an individual who has contributed significantly to RCAT, the roofing industry and who is dedicated to their work or by a specific contribution. This prestigious award was named in memory of Curtis Blackwell, who for 50 years gave his knowledge and experience to the roofing industry.
